Student Check-Ins

Welcome to Training Air Wing 5

Please complete the following steps to ensure a smooth transition.

  1. Download and follow TW5 SAAR-N Instructions.
  2. Download and complete SAAR-N (DD Form 2875). Ensure Adobe is up to date.
  3. Complete Cyber Awareness (CA) Challenge 2024 or download PDF certificate.
  4. Email completed SAAR-N and PDF of CA certificate to: tw5.stucon.oic@gmail.com.
    • Subject: LastName, FirstName - NMCI Account Request
    • Attach: SAAR-N and CA cert (PDF only, no image files/JPGs/PNGs/SEAM)

If you have an active Navy GTCC, please bring it to your check-in brief.

All Students are required to apply for and possess a Government Travel Credit Card to be used for Official Travel. Before the card will be issued, Travel Card online training must be completed.

Instructions for registering and accessing the website are as follows:

The duty station name will be Whiting Field NAS (FL) on the scroll down menu.


  1. Login to Travel Explorer (TraX).
  2. From the TraX homepage, click the Training icon on the top menu bar.
  3. Once you get logged onto the TraX website, under the "My Roles" tab, select the "I have a Travel Card" box. Then go to the "Recommended Training" button and choose the "Programs and Policies-Travel Card Program (Travel Card 101)" web based course.
  4. Once the course is completed, please PRINT the certificate.
  5. Complete the Travel Card Application (COMPLETE SECTIONS 2-11) AND PRINT Pages 1 thru 3 only.
    • The whole document should have typed entries.
    • Complete boxes 2-13, and 14a (check and initial).
    • Block 5 must be a local address.
    • Block 12 must be a wet signature, black ink.
    • Ensure all numbers are in a box before printing.
    • Ensure the "Citi" and "Citi Transactions Services" watermarks are visible on the bottom left and top right of the sheet.
    • Document should be printed single-sided.
  6. Complete the Travel Card Agreement AND PRINT.
  7. Attach the Travel Card Agreement, Application, and training certificate.

  2. Login to MyNAVSUP
    • Sites (top tabs)
    • Air Card (right tabs)
    • Scroll down to CCPMD
    • Training (left tabs)
    • Select PDF and complete instructions to end PPT and go to the link: NAVSUP Training
  3. Complete Training
    • Bring Certificate to Squadron when classing up.
